i found the room to be clean! the bathroom included nice soap and shampoo. the location suited my needs because it was close to fountain park, and , made planning a date easy. the staff at both housekeeping and reception were lovely, which i appreciated.
the lack of a fridge in the room was unexpected, this was a bit inconvenient. it meant i couldn't store any snacks or drinks, which would have been handy .

The breakfast included many options. The food tasted quite nice! i liked the waffles. I could prepare them myself. the range was good, and i found plenty to select from each morning.

the staff were nice and helpful. i felt welcomed. housekeeping ensured the room remained tidy, and the reception staff were quick to assist with questions. all were professional and addressed every request quickly!

The room was immaculate and cozy. I booked a queen room sofa bed. The breakfast offering was great. I really appreciated the complimentary water in the reception area (it helped stay hydrated after exploring).
The parking was a little far. It was a seven-minute walk from the hotel and that wasn't too convenient late at night.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. Simona ensured i felt comfortable upon arrival. She, so welcome after a long journey.

The hotel enjoys a strategic position near numerous attractions. It is also a short walk to the castle and the city centre. Many points of interest are accessible within 10-15 minutes (WOW!).
